Most of the month’s paintings were done specifically to showcase one of my DIY $0 Advent Calendar “gifts”. Some days I did swatches or non-paintings, but for these I had the time and inspiration for full paintings!

Arizona
I painted a bunch of Sedona scenes from reference photos to prepare a palette for a visit to my in-laws in Arizona… then I didn’t go to Sedona. D’oh!
I never did get to see those red rocks – but I saw some great sunsets.
